Borrowing from deejay culture, Crossfading affirms our innate creative skill to amplify what moves us and mute or remix what doesn’t.  It is turning up the volume on the power of the present and aggressively remixing the burdensome stories of the past.  It is a personal covenant with self that says: "I am more than any one crisis in my life. While 'this' may be a life-changing and pivotal moment, it is not the final commentary. I am the sole author of my past, present and future and I choose to define this life in a way that serves my highest good."
